We offer free shipping across the UK and Northern Ireland at the moment. We use Royal mail and DPD services to deliver our products and each comes with a tracking number and should arrive within 1-3 business days.

Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally but we’re looking for ways to expand and do this in the future.

A pre-wash treatment is traditionally used in Eastern cultures (mainly in India) as a part of the personal care routine. The treatment is applied to the hair, left for 30 mins or longer, rinsed and then followed by the usual shampoo and condition regime.

Although traditionally used in middle- eastern culture, a pre-wash treatment has been shown to benefit all types of hair, nourish roots and restore hair health.

YES! Aenika:Haircare doesn’t discriminate. As long as the treatment is applied correctly for 30+ minutes before you wash your hair and then rinsed completely, followed by your haircare routine then you should notice results with one wash.

We recommend using our pre wash treatment for at least 30 minutes prior to proceeding with your hair wash routine or using it as an overnight mask.

Yes, all of our oil treatments are 100% vegan and sustainably sourced.

You should apply your A: haircare treatment to DRY hair, 30 mins + prior to washing it, rinse and follow through with your hair routine.

YES! We recommend you use A: Haircare for all hair types. Prewash treatments provide nourishing properties for every hair type whether your 1a or 4c. Depending on the natural condition, damage and texture of your hair the product recommendation may vary.

This is a PRE-WASH treatment and must be applied prior to your hair washing regimen in order for it to work. It is not a styling treatment and we recommend it to be applied at least 30 mins before washing your hair to allow the treatment to take full effect.

YES! Our formulas are completely natural and chemical free, therefore they are completely safe to use during pregnancy. If you’re still unsure, we always recommend asking your doctor for further advice.
